After a stressful few hours, we are back and live. We have invested more money into powerful proxies that have a higher chance of not causing issues. As of writing this, you are safe to post and receive Instagram services as usual.

Thank you for your patience, and we will be building in the manual post function very soon. This is a safety precaution to ensure if it happens again, you can manually submit your post link and receive your services.

We have checked our system and also Instagram. There were no updates or flaws, however we found that our proxy supplier had issues at their end. They quickly resolved the problems and its safe to say we are back to normal.

You are safe to post your content on Instagram.

  • The recent elections have affected social media in the United States, especially Facebook & Twitter. Due to misinformation being such an issue, the use of proxies is being closely monitored in the hopes that it might reduce the amount of misleading information circulating on social media. Because of this we have decided not to take on any new customers for the time being and focus our best effort on our current clients. Your satisfaction with our services is where our pride lies and we would not want to jeopardize it. Current customers on HyperGrowth may see a decrease in activity over the next week due to another Instagram update this morning at 6AM. We know the issue and we will be resolving it, but we just want you to know that things will be slow for a couple of weeks. Please check your GOSO messages as all HyperGrowth customers will be compensated with extra services and all subscription times will be extended.

 

  • Due to the recent Instagram update this morning at 6AM, our Power Series are outdated and we highly recommend updating to the Hyper Series if you haven't done so yet. If you wish to stay with the Power Series, you will have to use the 'manual scrape' feature on your dashboard to be sure your posts are properly detected.

 

  • We have just released new services for Instagram Reels and IGTV; they are available for purchase but we ask you to please contact us first in order to determine what package best for your account.

HyperVisibility is Finally Here!

Hey everyone, 

I hope this email finds you well and that you are enjoying our new update. We have several new things to update you on today:

  1. We have updated the dashboard by adding a new feature. You can now manually scrape your own posts to help speed up the process. This does not mean your post will appear immediately on your dashboard, but the results on the back end will be much quicker.
  2. Instagram's algorithm update was huge, but we've figured out how to solve the issue: the detection system is being affected by anyone who set age and country restrictions to their account. This will result in being hidden from many people around the world so we recommend removing any restrictions.
  3. Because of IG's update, we must delay HyperVisibility's service one more week; however, the page is up and running for you to view our offers and prices. You can check it out here.
  4. With the arrival of HyperVisibility comes the Hyper© collection. PowerLikes, and the rest of the Power© services, have been reinvinted into HyperLikes. Our clients who have purchased any of our services after September 2019 will be automatically updated to the new system. The Hyper© services will be made available within the next few months.

Post Detection Fixed & Upgraded

Hey everyone,

Some customers experienced a bug that caused us not to fetch your latest post data. This was caused by a surge of new customers, putting strain on the detection proxies. 

The development team reworked the detection system to work better and more efficiently. We have just uploaded the latest release and should now solve the problem. 

Apologies if you were one of the few that experienced this.

Introducing HyperVisibility

Hey everyone, 

GOSO 2.1 is up and running and we are thrilled! All services are transferred over to our new AI system. As you may have noticed, Instagram updated its algorithm last Friday, requiring us to change and rebuild a small part of the detection system. There are still a few final tweaks to be made in this area of the system, but this will be completed very shortly and will not affect its efficacy.

We have also finished building the HyperVisibility bundle packages you’ve been waiting for! They will be going on sale next week for those on the waiting list. Once we’ve gotten everything set up well with the first 100 clients on the list, we will then open 100 more slots.

The New AI Engine is live! Important Please Read

Hey everyone,

It's been a tough 48 hours plugging in the new AI engine, as it's a totally new architecture. We are happy to announce that it's now live. However, the next 2 days we will be working around the clock to ensure bugs are fixed. Our development team will be working over the weekend to be ready for hot fixing. 

You are probably wondering what our new AI system is all about? We will be adding the brand-new AI services very soon. We cannot reveal too much right now, but it will be a game changer. All will be revealed soon.

We have migrated all of our customers to the new platform, as we have to process over 15,000 active customers. You may see a minor delay in delivery of services, however we predict it should even out around Saturday evening. So if you have an important post, I would wait until Sunday to be safe.

On an important note, please do NOT send a support ticket regarding not receiving services. This will slow us down fixing important bugs and errors. From 8pm CET, we activated the new detection server, so only your latest post will receive services. Older posts will not receive services (We warned everyone 2 weeks ago and scattered 4 emails prior alerting you not to post during the update).

Spot any bugs? Please let us know via support tickets. We would appreciate anything you find.

First stage successful - Registration & Login is active

Hey everyone,

The backup and update to our billing & support system was a success. You can now register and login as usual. 

Please note, this is not the AI update as we are planning to roll out. This update will be launched first thing tomorrow (9am CET). We are double checking the code and stress testing the AI system to ensure a safer release. Plus we are hotfixing any bugs locally that we can spot during the day.
